Wingate by Wyndham Fletcher at Asheville Airport

It will be two years that we stayed at your hotel everybody there was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are very clean. We had no problems whatsoever. I would make this a five star hotel and I would tell everybody about this hotel we’re coming back this January to stay at your hotel for a week.. Even the breakfast was great and I love the fireplace in the lobby. It’s a Nice touch. So we’ll see you in January 2026

Friendly service from beginning to end. The front desk staff was amazing. There were many of us stuck for days in a winter storm. Everyone went out of our way to help us. Even when we did not need housekeeping, she came by with fresh towels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, from check-in to the breakfast, which had plenty of hot options. It is directly across the street from the airport also.

Excellent and very quite rooms. No sound from airport ! Really a great stay and the breakfast was first class! No joke !

The only complaint is is 2 of our party of 4 got locked out (on FAR side of Bldg) had to get new card keys made. Additionally, the shower was out of shampoo and conditioner (odd). The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The pool & hottub are nice. The complementary breakfast was tasty and consisted of the usual hot & cold items.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was fully satisfied. I brought my two younger siblings for a night as we don't see each other often, and we had a great time. The pool and hot tub area was clean and set at a comfortable temperature, with towels provided, and we visited twice during our stay. The breakfast selection was more varied than I expected which was a nice treat. We were not flying, but if we were, this hotel would have been absolutely perfect. You could literally walk to the airport its that close. Check-in and out online to save time, but if you don't/can't, the front desk will assist you cheerfully. We also got to check out their little mini mart in the lobby. I spent about five dollars on a drink and some candy, which in my opinion is better priced than some of the gas stations nearby.

This was a couples leisure trip. My husband and I drove up for a quick overnight getaway/reset. The hotel was clean and the staff was efficient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room temperature was also comfortable. One of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was the hot-tub. Unfortunately, the hot-tub is located in the same area as the pool that was being used for children’s swim lessons by a group called British Swim School all afternoon and up until around 7 in the evening. The hotel was packed. (good for them) There was a senior bus tour from Ohio visiting Biltmore to see the Christmas decorations. They were very nice. The breakfast was really good but the breakfast area was very crowded and items were emptied out due to the large crowd in town. Overall it was an affordable stay but didn’t quite give us the desired experience, a peaceful reset with the situation as it was. Not sure the hotel could actually do anything different if they’re allowing the school to have sessions unless they moved them to morning hours. There was a gap in the window casing of our room from reduced caulking but it wasn’t a problem for us. The weather was beautiful!

Room smelt fresh when u opened the door, room was nice looking very inviting,carpets looked clean and fresh , soft on the feet , beds are firm but comfortable with soft pillows, I slept pretty good, clean restroom, fully stocked, cold AC , plenty of hot water, with a firm spray , which is nice , small frig and microwave, plenty to watch on TV, really nice and comfortable rooms , worth the price. Also it has blackout blinds in there rooms, i love them kind of blinds

Right across the street from the airport. Rooms are clean. Beds were firm (if you like a firm bed). The staff was friendly
